Stéphane Courtemanche

Stéphane Courtemanche is a professional with over 30 years of experience internationally. His fields of expertise are: organizational dialogue and transformation, institutional capacity development, as well as the design and supervision/monitoring of major projects.

He integrates into his consulting practice expertise in conflict management, interpretation of non-verbal intelligence and facilitation of difficult/courageous dialogues. He has extensive experience in political dialogue and high-level consultation between States (Government and Parliament) and all their partners: multilateral and bilateral donors, the private sector, NGOs and associations.

At VTI, he holds the position of Director of Operational Excellence, where he will support the organization with the implementation of its strategic planning, coaching and with what concerns organizational alignment and transformation processes and the strengthening of executive/leadership teams.
