He studied agricultural production at the Switzerland Superior Technological Public Institute in Pucallpa.

He has work experience in public institutions and private companies. He carried out activities of recovery of degraded soils in installing forest massif and agroforestry systems with native species of the region. He has also experience applying biofertilizers (production) in timber species and agricultural crops and environmental management.

He has extensive knowledge in greenhouse preparation, seedling production, organic fertilization, forest plantations, installation and management of agroforestry systems.

He has good management of group training, and his projection goes hand in hand with the improvement of the diverse environmental problems and climate change.
