Mercedes Kalauz

Originally from Argentina, born in Buenos Aires, Mercedes obtained a degree in Political Science with specialization in International Relations at the Universidad Católica Argentina. She has worked at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Buenos Aires, where she has acquired a solid experience in administration and customer service for different institutions and non-governmental organizations. She also worked as a secondary school teacher.

Accompanying her husband for professional reasons, she has lived in Canada for 15 years, where she has dedicated herself to taking care of her family by raising her five children. She is always in the process of integrating into Québec culture. She works as a volunteer in the library of several primary schools and actively participates in different activities of benevolent organizations. In her free time, she enjoys participating in outdoor activities with her family or friends, bringing her closer to nature.
