Laura Mantilla Seijas

Advisor in management and human resources in the regions of Ucayali and Huánuco

Psychologist and master in public management

She has more than 17 years of experience in integral and sustainable alternative development, associativity, and implementation of strategies, promoting activities, and licit crops as an economic and social option for farmers.

She holds a master's degree in public management and is currently pursuing her doctorate in economic and social sciences at the Hermilio Valdizán National University of Huanuco. She has specialized studies in design, management, monitoring, evaluating social projects and programs, and public budgeting for results. She is an extrajudicial conciliator, accredited by the Ministry of Justice.

International training acquired in Brazil, Canada, Spain, Greece, and the United Kingdom focused on education and sustainable development in the social and community field. She was a fellow of the International Visiting Leaders Program by the Government of the United States of America - Regional Program "Understanding U.S. Drug Policy and Drug Demand Reduction." She was also a fellow of the International Education Program Youth Canada World, by the Government of Canada, "For a fair, harmonious development and sustainable societies." And she made a study visit, invited by the Kingdom of Thailand in alternative development.
