Florence Couillaud

Florence Marie Couillaud Negrón holds a master’s degree in International Relations - International Peace and Security from the Barcelona Institute of International Studies - IBEI (a degree shared by the University of Barcelona, Pompeu Fabra University, and the Autonomous University of Barcelona). She also holds a degree in journalism from the Faculty of Communication Arts and Sciences of the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru.

She was a fellow of India's Technical and Economic Cooperation Program for a diploma in journalism for development and a fellow of Peace Revolution's Peace Agents Program for young people in Thailand.

She has more than thirteen years of experience in the design and implementation of communication strategies, generation and management content, brand positioning, and event production. She has extensive knowledge of social responsibility programs, international cooperation, and academic innovation projects.
